Cancellation policy

A reservation paid in advance, by bank transfer or with a card (VISA, MASTERCARD) on this website, can be canceled under the following conditions:

a) If the car pick-up date and time is more than 30 days from the cancellation date, the amount paid in advance – the cost of the first 2 rental days (in a maximum of 5-7 working days) – will be reimbursed to the customer’s account, MINUS 20 euros. The 20 euros represent the bank fees + rental logistics costs.

b) If the car pick-up date and time is less than 30 days from the cancellation date, the amount paid in advance is NOT returned. The customer will receive a credit voucher for 2/3 of the amount that he can use on a future reservation.

*If the CUSTOMER wishes to cancel their booking and wishes to keep their pre-paid amount for a later booking, this can be done by issuing a credit voucher.

All cancellations of reservations paid in advance by bank transfer will be announced in writing to the e-mail address inchirieri@eliterentacar.ro.
